EMG and NCS Testing Support for Legal Case Coordination
Integrity Diagnostics works directly with paralegals who manage the logistics and documentation required for legal cases involving nerve and muscle injury. We understand and cater to the unique needs of a law practice with our electromyography and nerve conduction studies (EMG and NCS). Paralegals often need reliable diagnostic partners who can schedule quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver complete documentation without delay.
We know that servicing a client on a lien or letter of protection who can rapidly provide all the needed documentation quickly is not easy to find. Integrity Diagnostics focuses on efficiency and transparency so paralegals can coordinate testing with confidence. Legal teams across Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky rely on accurate diagnostic testing to support case documentation and review.

Accepting Liens and Letters of Protection
Integrity Diagnostics supports paralegals who coordinate care for clients whose physicians have requested diagnostic testing. Integrity Diagnostics accepts liens or letters of protection. This allows clients to complete necessary diagnostic evaluation without delays related to upfront payment.
We do accept letters of protection or liens on your client, schedule them quickly, and immediately notify you, generally within 48 hours upon completion of exam, that the reports are ready to be formally requested. Integrity Diagnostics can work directly with the legal team upon case settlement, helping streamline administrative follow up.
Quality of EMG and NCS Examinations
Reliable documentation begins with accurate testing. Our providers are nationally recognized as experts in electrodiagnostic examinations. Because EMG and NCS testing is the sole focus of Integrity Diagnostics, each provider annually performs over 1,000 electrodiagnostic examinations.
The majority of our providers have been practicing over 20 years and have performed thousands of EMG and NCS studies. This depth of experience supports consistent testing standards and dependable interpretation for legal documentation.
Examinations Performed Quickly
Timely scheduling helps paralegals keep cases moving forward. We work hard to provide our electrodiagnostic examinations quickly. In most cases we will have an appointment available within several days and almost always within 10 business days. This availability reduces delays related to diagnostic scheduling.
Centralized Scheduling for Paralegals
Centralized scheduling allows Integrity Diagnostics to coordinate testing efficiently for both paralegals and clients. Integrity Diagnostics is convenient for both you and your patient. Referrals are easy to make by emailing Referrals@Integrity-Dx.com or faxing (470) 809-1582 or by calling (470) 289-6327.
The process is simple to make a referral at any of our clinics:
- Send the referral.
- We will contact the patient to determine the most convenient location, then offer a time and schedule the examination.
- We will immediately inform you of the date and time.
- Upon completion of the examination, reports and billing will generally be sent within 48 hours upon completion of the exam.
- If needed, Integrity Diagnostics can provide transportation to and from appointments.
Referrals are required for all diagnostic appointments to ensure testing aligns with the clinical and case documentation needs.
Rapid Reporting for Case Documentation
Paralegals depend on timely access to complete records. Our diagnosticians work hard to ensure you and the referring physician receive the examination results quickly. Integrity Diagnostics works to provide the interpreted results of the electromyograph and nerve conduction study as quick as possible, generally within 48 hours of study completion.
Our reports are 100 percent self contained documents with physical examination findings, nerve conduction study and electromyography narratives, and interpretation or impression of the examination. Finally, every report contains all raw measurements recorded and all associated ICD 10 and billing CPT codes.
