Diagnostic Testing Support for Case Managers and Referring Providers
Integrity Diagnostics supports workers’ compensation case managers by delivering reliable, timely electrodiagnostic testing that helps move claims forward efficiently. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of all our case managers. Integrity Diagnostics provides centralized scheduling for all locations, examinations are performed quickly, and reports are provided within 48 hours. Case managers and referring providers across Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky rely on diagnostic testing to clarify nerve and muscle involvement when work related injuries require objective evaluation.
Clear communication plays a critical role in workers’ compensation cases. We know that communication is key for you. Immediately upon confirming the schedule with the patient, we will confirm with you the date, time, and location of the EMG and NCS examination. This structured communication helps reduce delays and supports coordinated case management.

Communication and Scheduling Transparency
Integrity Diagnostics maintains consistent communication throughout the diagnostic process. Twenty four hours prior to the examination, we will do a final confirmation helping the patient to know how to prepare for the examination and answering any last minute questions. This step helps reduce missed appointments and ensures patients arrive prepared.
If a patient cancels or does not arrive for their appointment, we will immediately inform you. Following the exam, the EMG and NCS formal report will be sent to you and the referring provider within 48 hours after the exam is performed.
Centralized Scheduling for All Locations
Centralized scheduling allows Integrity Diagnostics to coordinate testing efficiently for both case managers and patients. Integrity Diagnostics is convenient for both you and your patient. Referrals are easy to make by emailing Referrals@Integrity-Dx.com or faxing (470) 809-1582 or please feel free to ring us at (470) 289-6327.
It’s simple to make a referral at any of our clinics:
- Send the referral.
- We will contact the patient to determine the most convenient location and schedule the examination.
- We will immediately alert you of the date and time.
- Upon completion of the examination, we will send the report and billing within 48 hours.
Referrals are required for all diagnostic appointments. This ensures testing aligns with the clinical and case management questions being evaluated.
Examinations Performed Quickly
Timely access to testing supports efficient case progression. We work hard to provide our electrodiagnostic examinations quickly. In most cases we will have an appointment available within 10 business days. This availability helps reduce prolonged claim timelines caused by diagnostic delays.
Reports Provided in One Business Day
Fast reporting remains a core part of Integrity Diagnostics’ workers’ compensation support model. Our diagnosticians work hard to ensure you and the referring physician receive the examination results quickly. We work to provide the interpreted results of the electromyograph and nerve conduction study within 48 hours.
Our reports are 100 percent self contained documents with physical examination findings, nerve conduction study and electromyography narratives, and interpretation or impression of the examination. Finally, every report contains all raw measurements captured as well as the associated ICD 10 and billing CPT codes.
Quality of EMG and NCS Examinations
Diagnostic accuracy depends on experience and specialization. Our providers are nationally recognized as experts in EDX examinations. Because EMG and NCS is all that we do, each provider annually performs over 1,000 EDX examinations.
The majority of our providers have been practicing over 20 years and have performed thousands upon thousands of EMG and NCS studies. This level of experience supports consistent testing standards and reliable interpretation across all cases.
